Shipping & Ordering

1. When will I receive my order?

All orders take up to 3-4 business days to process and generally take 5-7 business days for delivery. For all orders, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied and added to your total during checkout.

Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

2. Is it possible to amend or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

We recognize that situations can evolve. Should you require any alterations or cancellations to your order, kindly reach out to our customer service team promptly, and we’ll facilitate your request accordingly.

3. Is having an account necessary for placing an order?

4. How do I track my online order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation will contain a tracking number. There will be a link in the email to either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Click the link to track your order.

5. What if I receive a damaged item?

We are sorry you have received a damaged item from StoreName. Please contact with us via cs@domain.com quickly and we will research your order issue to determine if we would like you to ship the damaged item back. Please provide your order number and the item number of the damaged product when submitting your email to us.
