If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:

  • Return item within 25 days of receipt
  • In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
  • With original purchase receipt.  Please keep a copy for your record.
  • Refunds are made in the form of the original tender.  For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Kindly anticipate a processing time of 3-9 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude any incurred shipping fees and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Regrettably, our current policy does not facilitate direct exchanges for returned items. Should you desire to exchange a product, you must adhere to our return protocol outlined. Following the return process, you may proceed to place a new order for the preferred item.
