Masterforce FlexPower 20-volt brushless motors use microprocessor controls in place of traditional carbon brushes to reduce friction and heat buildup. This technology also allows for a motor life up to ten times longer than standard brushed motors. The brushless motor also provides up to 30 percent more power and 1-1/2 times more battery runtime.
The Masterforce brushless 1/2″ cordless hammer drill is designed for more than just your average drilling. With a mode selection ring that allows the user to select either drilling and screw driving or hammer driving mode, you’re not limited to one or the other. The included Jacobs 1/2″ ratcheting single-sleeve keyless chuck is all metal to tightly grip bits while you get your work done. This drill also includes an auxiliary handle with a reduced vibration system to ease user fatigue and provide increased comfort. It has a variable speed trigger switch for accuracy and a two-speed all-metal gearbox for high torque driving and high speed drilling. The drill has a 24-position adjustable torque clutch and an attached LED work light for keeping the area you’re working on well lit. The removable belt clip allows for you to work hands-free if necessary. The power display notifies the user when the charge is running low. An electric brake quickly stops the chuck rotation.
The Masterforce FlexPower 20-volt 1/4″ impact driver features a brushless motor for high efficiency and durability and three speeds with torque selection that allow the user to better apply the tool to the application. The auto stop function reduces the likelihood of overdriving and damaging materials. The one-handed quick change collet makes bit changes quick and easy with push-to-lock loading and ejecting bit release. The light ring with pre-light and afterglow is positioned to illuminate the work area without shadows. A variable speed trigger switch allows for precise speed control, and the electric brake can quickly stop the rotation.
The two included 20-volt lithium-ion 4.0Ah batteries will power all Masterforce FlexPower cordless tools. Masterforce FlexPower batteries have a four-LED battery status indicator to allow the user to quickly check battery charge status. They will work in extreme temperatures as low as -4°F. The battery also contains an intelligent lithium-ion controlling system to maximize power, runtime, and battery life. The FlexPower charger will charge all Masterforce FlexPower batteries.
